Christmas Taster night

Has anyone ideas of what i could make for this that would be quick (I've not much time before finishing work and leaving for class)?

I was going to do sw mince pies but worried that everyone will make them!

Would it be ok to do actifry roasties? Not many others have an actifry

If I were going to a taster I would be delighted to see roast potatoes, rather than the endless mice pies that one sees at this time of year!

I'm thinking I might go with that, they take 45 mins so should have enough time if I peel them the night before!

Bet there'll be more than one set of mince pies, I have the Christmas book but I don't think it's great.

Yes def roasties, I don't like mince pies and find a lot of people make those strawberry santas, ours in on Thursday, looking forward to it x

I vote for leaving the skins on! Just give them a good scrub, and a rub down with a sliced garlic clove before spraying up and popping in over.....

We had our xmas party/taster last night and about 3 or 4 people made mince pies.
