Slimming world from home

Hi guys

New to the site and new to slimming world!

Going to be doing this from as I have a really busy job that takes me all over the place! I've got some books etc from ebay and understand the plan and all that it's about. Plus my bestie has done it so if I'm ever unsure I just ask her.

And I only have about a stone and a half to lose! In my first week I lost 4 pounds!

Looking for some advice regarding the Food Directories, do they tend to change a lot year on year?
I know 2015 is in for some "exciting" changes but just wondered if purchasing a 2013 directory will be vastly out of date with this years?

I'm not too bothered about being band up to date with the 2015 plan as the way it is just now is working fine for me!

Welldone with your first week I think you will lose the weight in no time.

I think you may need a newer one, do you know anyone who could pick one up from a group for you x

I think someone at my mums work still attends would she be able to order one for me? I would imagine she would be getting 2 so I wasn't sure if she would be allowed!

I would ask her I see people buy for other on the plan so I don't see why not x
