X-mas spirit...

Hi all!! Just wondering how you deal with your ''syns'' during the x-mas holidays...
(i think i`m getting a bit out of plan....and i`m getting worried... :/ )
 
Just write it off and start again. Don't let the diet get in the way of your life. Good luck xx :)

I found this recipe for roasted chickpeas..

..and i was just wondering, if i don`t add the olive oil and just boil dried chickpeas, drain them and then add some spices for flavor and put them in the oven...will this be totally syn-free or should i add any syns to that??
 
Hello just so you know these are considered a tweak as you could easily eat more than if they were in a meal. If you find your weight loss slows down this should be one of the things you look at.
