Hi. I am new to this forum and new to SW. Had my first weigh in yesterday and was disappointed with my 1.5lb loss. Would love to be accepted on here and make new friends in the same boat as me x
 
Hi, and welcome. sorry to hear ur disapointed with ur loss, but that a heathy amount to lose.

Just keep reading your books double check syn values and u will be fine.

I find my losses are small but everyone different so i try not to worry just stick at it and u will do fine.

Hiya, welcome, I'm sort of new too, joined this forum this week for some support but I have done slimming world before in 2010. Keep at it, it works! You lost 1.5 lbs and thats great, it's 1.5 lbs you can say goodbye to, and as abbeylouise said it's a healthy amount to aim for in each week :)

Hiya, I started SW last week and have my first weigh in tomorrow eeek x

Well done on the 1.5lb loss, I think I know what you mean as I am hoping for a big loss tomorrow as it is the first week and I have completely followed the plan, but as long as I lose something I will be happy and at least you know it works x

How did you find the first week? :)

You can do it my lovely, think of the weigh in :)

Have you tried the cadburys highlights hot chocolate for 2syns? I think they are good for a chocolate fix, you can also mix them into Quark to make a chocolate mousse if you want a pudding (2syns per sachet you add), for savoury have you tried the snack bag popcorn? They are 2.5-3 Syns but really make me feel like I have had a snack x

A friend recommended having a curly wurly as they are 6 syns and can last a long time but I find if I have chocolate I want more and more so have stayed clear for the rest of the week and stuck to the above x

Well done! I would be thrilled to lose 1.5lbs, that's a good loss. Well I think any loss is a good loss. Keep it up.

Yeh I'm finding the recipes really good and been experimenting with all sorts, got my slow cooker out today as well trying to make a veggie spag Bol hopefully be nice and warming on the cold evening . How are you finding it xx

I am going to be making a Quorn chilli tonight, looking forward to trying it and might have my HeA cheese on it :) will be doing it with rice for the bf.

I am going to try the spaghetti Bol next week, let me know how you find it x

I made the cottage pie with swede mash recipe that is on their online website and it was really good :D
