Extra Easy Previous Food Directory/Extra Easy

If I wanted to follow the new revised Extra Easy plan, could I still do it using a previous directory? I don't feel I want to pay Ebay prices (I don't go to meetings). I have the original EE book so what differences would there be.

The new book shows which foods are speed (s) and which are protein (p).
If you are happy and losing weight with EE there's no reason you shouldn't continue with it.

Ee Syn values haven't changed nor has the plan. It's just they talk about speed and protein to make it simpler. Even if you want to di so the syns are the same
