Hi everyone, I have just joined slimming world and I have about 6 stone to lose, my incentive is health and also my daughter gets married this December. I put this weight on over 15 years,of working nights. I am feeling very positive but a bit overwhelmed by how much I have to lose.
Tonight I am having an Indian takeaway and I was thinking of having chicken shashlick, does anyone know if I can count the veg and chicken as free food, also how many syns should I add as I am sure there must be some to add, also am I correct in thinking Plain boiled rice is free.
