Hi Everyone

Hope you all had a good weekend!

I was just wondering what everyone does for Body Magic?

I am aiming for my Bronze Award and this is my first week. I've done 140 minutes this week.

I am doing a workout DVD which is like a Cardio/Strength Circuit for 20 minutes each day. I've also been using the WiiFit to jog around my living room for 30 minutes. Not sure if it will help though!

Today was my first day of Couch to 5k and I'll be doing that 3x a week.

I am desperate to lose weight so here's hoping!

C x

the school run gives me 4 sets of 15 minutes moderate a day.

:)

I do 4 x 30mins rebounding (work out on a mini trampoline) every week. I love it :) It's fun to do to music, and I can do it at home.

A few summers ago, I discovered to much amusement that after 2 rather large babies my bouncing days are over lmao

green eyed monster, in my case there is scaffolding involved :D

I try and do 2 x 45 minutes at the gym, zumba class on a sunday morning and aqua aerobics on a monday evening :)
xx

Hiya iv posted in another thread also iv always worked out since the start of my slimming world journey Zumba metafit and kettle bells I love a good workout but now iv started the gym since Christmas iv gained 4-5 lbs!! There's nothing else I can think of my diet is the same as what it's been for the last 3 years has anyone else ever had any problems like mine and will it shift? I just don't understand it it's not as though iv just started working out either it's really getting me down like I said in the other thread iv never had any problem iv always been a couple of pounds unfree target if anything even in holidays iv always managed to maintain

I do

30 minutes min - walking the dog, 3 times a week (OH walks her other days) (gentle)
30 minutes - mucking out stable plus filling haynets, carrying water buckets, riding etc 7 days a week (gentle)
45 minutes - circuits with PT 2 times per week (intense)
1.5 hours - roller derby 1 day a week (moderate)
15 minutes - treadmill 2 times a week (moderate to intense)

Some weeks I do more or less, but this is the average.

Kirsty - how hard are you working at the gym and are you noticing that clothes are any looser? Either you are more hungry after working outand eating more (or justifying eating more as you have worked out) , or you are building muscle.

I really don't know am not eating anymore then what I would normaly its just so annoying all the work am putting it :( x

Are you losing inches though? It's not all about the weight. If you are toning up and building muscle it could be that?

I havent measured my self that's what I should do like my clothes still fit I think it's just because I have never had a problem with maintaining iv decided not to hit the gym for a few days just to see what happens
