Am so annoyed with myself!!!!!!!!!!went to class today ,, all was great lost 3lbs yippppeeee. Still a very long way to go !!! So i sat there listening to the widom of experienced memberss, when one pipes up "oooh i have found a good discovery this week ,,, aldi's havest morn , chocolate covered rice cakes , come in individual packe of 3 ,, 3 packets per bag ,, there really chocolatey and only 4 syns a pack"""", oooooh i thought, i raced round to aldis and bought 5 bags ,,, so as i was scoffing a packet of 3 , thinking to myself ,, these are rather indulgent , i'll check ,,, EFFIN HELL!!!! Its bloody 4 syns per rice cake ,, HOW , could i have been sooo stupid !!! Just wasted 12 syns ,,, and now stuck with 14 packets of 3 chocolate rice caks at 12 syns per packet !!!!! Stupid stupid stupid Note to oneself ,,,,, check and double check !!! I shall have to break the news to her next week she was wrong , not 4 syns per pack , but per cake !!

Hahaha, reminds me of the time the fakeaway book came out, I was so excited about eating a proper pizza that I didn't realise it was 4 servings and I ate the whole lot!!! 48syns later!!! IT was sooooo worth it though!! X
 
Now i am not gonna lie ,,,,,, they were totally """""choclatey"""", i would have spat them out had i realised,, 12 syns thats ,, what 3-4 gin and tonics ,, devastated ,, one must prioritise here !!! Lol
 
Ha ha ha ha, this makes my Wispa and two of those thin Dairy milk bars binge yesterday seem less bad. It must be doubley worse though as you thought you were sticking to plan!
 
I'm sorry finding this thread so dam funny.. But I'm with you on the rice cakes they are really nice, only had the white chocolate ones. X

I did that the other day, those go ahead things, 3 syns my sister told me - 3 in a pack, brilliant I thought! Nope 3 syns each! for some rubbishy crispy fruit thing. Coulda had a good bar of chocolate for 9 syns!

We've all been there hahaa xxxx
 
I did the same thing with custard the other day.....40 syns later!! I love those rice cakes!
 
Lol this thread has cheered me up, thank you! It's good to know I'm not the only one who does things like this and feels like a total muppet afterwards :D.
and now I want to try one of these rice cakes cos they sound yum. Thank goodness there isn't an Aldi near me (yet!).
at least you didn't go oh crap, blown it now, might as well eat another pack.... I'd do that too!
 
Ha ha , i still have 14 packets in the cupboard !!!!! I am going to have a packet each week after weigh in!!!! Got to say they are scrummmy!

Ive had loads of these, they are delicious.... Too many in a packet though. I end up eating them all.
