Hiya. This question has been driving me mad lately and I wondered if any of you lovely folk can give me the answer.
If you have your hex b choice, say weetabix, then later on you have a sandwhich made with brennans b good bread. My question is can you choose the one with the most syns as your hex b and syn the one you know has less syns? And if so..why?! Hope is makes sense!

Watching this thread as I was wondering the same thing, in my head I don't think theres anything wrong with doing this but at same time seems like cheating the system maybe, im not sure im new to all this

ive done it more than once.

cant see why there would be a problem.

I think you will find that a Heb bread is 6 syns so if you substitute it for a higher synned one you should allow for the extra syns....
