I know slimming world as when I had my children i lost all my weight (4 stone) with ease . This being the case why do I still fall for the juicing, no sugar, low cab hype, protein shakes. I hear people I know loose weight every week with slimming world but cause I restrict myself I end up scoffing crap. No more, joining tomorrow and going to be happy and comfortable for my June holidays. Determined

Lots of people cope well with meal replacements, but I don't think I could do one again. I managed for a good few months, and lost loads, but by the end I was heartily sick of it all. I like SW as it is flexible and works. Good luck :)

If you are using Protein Shakes for a post-workout drink to encourage lean-muscle growth, knock it on the head, I have a perfectly natural way for you to promote lean muscular growth after a weights session which adheres to the plan without using Syns. You will need to eat speed food with them to balance your diet but your muscles are hungry (and very receptive for protein Synthesis) within 30 minutes of finishing a lifting session.

Regardless of whether you are fuelling post-workout or not, the plan is fantastically flexible and you will not feel in the least little bit deprived so good luck on your journey! :D
