how many syns ?? new to slimming world

hi just wondering if anyone can tell me how to roughly work out how many syns are in something???? and does anyone know how many syns meringue nest (12 g)

If the food item does not contain a free food item, there is a general rule of 20 calories per syn.

With the meringue nest, syns for 12g would be around 2.5

Hi im new on here so im just jumping on this tread to ask if anyone can help work out syns for me on these yogurts:
Brooklea fat free layered greek style peach and passion fruit yogurts
they are new in Aldi and cant seem to find syn values when i google them???

Hi had a look for them on the s/w website they are not on there I should reckon they are a few syns if they do appear on te s/w site I'll let you know
