Various Syn values and new to MiniMins

Hi All

I've been food optimising for around 10 months but am not able to attend group. Until a few weeks back I was able to phone my brother, a SW member, to ask him to look up syn values via the SW website.

He no longer goes to SW and I've lost that valuable help.

I'm new to MiniMins and I've been hunting around on the site to see if I can find a single thread where people can ask for various syn values. So far, I'e not been able to find one....and I'm sure there must be.

Can anyone let me have a link to the appropriate thread....OR....give me the syn value of Batchelor's flavoured rice packs?

Can I just let you know these rices are now syns they are no longer free the golden veg one is 1 1/2 syns for a standard packet 3 1/2 the bigger ones if you can not find something just ask I started a thread last week after my class when our consultant told us they are syns
