Trying to lose weight
I've been doing SW for 4 weeks now, this past week has been a really bad week for me as to begin with it was that time of month (which was just over a week ago). Today I have been fine up until now, where my stomach has went so hard with pain (I'm not pregnant, as there is physcially no way of being).

Is this just a symptom of changes? I did have a few chocolate bars, etc., that I shouldn't really have had.

Any tips much appreciated.

just a thought...are you going regularly? I found when I started that things got disrupted there for a bit and I had to take senna to get things moving.

Also, are you drinking enough water?
 
Definitely something to consider.
If you abandoned the vegetables a bit and went for the high-energy, low-fibre foods, you may find things slowed down a fair bit. Drink plenty of water and consider the Senna.
Making a big pan of veggie soup also helps to keep you regular as well as full of speed food! :D
