For those with less than a stone to lose

Hi, I just thought I'd share my week. I have been off plan for a while and was not surprised to find that when I weighed in last Saturday I had gained as a result of about 2 months off plan
I have been on plan 100% since Tuesday and todays weigh in shows a loss of 3lb!
I know that many people who have less than a stone to lose may think the plan will not work for them - but it will.
I have eaten really well this week but stuck to plan 100% .
I hope this helps anyone who is thinking of trying SW but doesnt have that much to lose and may think it can't work when you can eat so much lovely food. x
 
I now only have 12lb to lose (although I will review when I get there)

Good to know the plan is still working for you. I just need to get my head in gear as I've not been focused for the past few weeks

Good luck Ladies. Ponytails, I agree your head has to be in the right place.

Just thought I'd add that I decided to aim for 7 syns a day and try doing syns for the week i.e 7 days at 7 syns = 49syns per week.. It seems to have worked for me this week, allowing me to have more syns some days than others.

Hi there, just subbing! I have 12.5lb left to lose and it's taking forever, I have kinda come to the conclusion I need to up the exercise to shift the last of it :rolleyes:
 
I have to admit I do not do any exercise:eek:
I will have to change this. I will start tommorow , walking 10 mins at lunchtime:D
 
I think I have a worse problem.

I am quite active so increasing exercise is difficult.

I do

Personal trainer 1x per week.
Running 2 to 3 times per week
Dog walking 2 to 3 times per week (OH walks her most days)
Roller derby 2x per week
Lunchtime walk 2 to 3 times per week
Mucking out stable - 7 times per week
Poo picking field - 3 to 4 times per week
Other (cycling, kettle bells etc) 1 to 2 times per week

That is one impressive list!
I might add an extra 5 mins to my walk lol
