Extra Easy SP Help please

Hi guys, I want to try the extra easy SP for the following week but didn't have the time to stay and get a SP diary from my consultant. I was wondering if anyone has an SP diary template that they could possibly upload for me to print as I find it much easier to stay on track and stick to it when I'm writing it all down any easy recipes that people have followed on an SP week would be greatly appreciated too
