Healthy b and a

So I just had my breakfast I used my healthy b for some porridge oats so I measured it out and I haven't finished them what do I do as I don't want to finish them do I leave that as my healthy b I don't want them as syns either.

I believe you are supposed to eat the whole portion of your healthy extra b's as it is the fibre in them that is good for you (and the calcium in the milk). I sometimes don't eat the whole portion though.. I wouldn't recommend it if you are really serious about SW but in my eyes you are eating less so how could it be bad? ahaha! Luckily for me I am on the green diet so I am allowed 2 of each so I can get my fibre from the other B I choose to have!

That's impressive; I always find that the 35g looks so tiny (especially in comparison to the portion sizes I used to eat!).

You could use the leftover oats/porridge in something else (like syn-free pancakes for dessert?) or save them for later, or even another day. There's no point eating them for the sake of it if you're not hungry.

I was told by my consultant (concerning milk) that if you dont finish the amount that is listed as a HE then whatever you have had should be counted as syns! Now I never use all of my milk and have mantained a good weightloss but tbh I never really have more than 7 syns so it probably wouldnt go over my 15 syns anyway. I fail to see though how not eating something can affect your weightloss lol?? Surely it's better!

I've never heard about having to syn the rest of our healthy extra's if we leave some leftover, everyone is always told something different it's so inconsistent :(

I agree with cherrybobs - add your favourite flavour of (syn-free) extract or essence, mix it into the remaining oats, then make a pancake and fry with Frylight until the outside goes crispy. Yum! Nice little snack...

I like to save things that I cant finish at the time for a tasty and easy snack later in the day.
