    Favourite SW meal / dish?

    Simple thread... what is your favourite ever meal to have on Slimming World?

    Mine is.....

    SW potato wedges with poached eggs and baked beans.

    Mmmm

    Restarting Slim and Save on 29.01.13 after 8lb Xmas gain



    Overall weight loss (with SW and WW)

    My Green favourite is quorn chilli and rice

    Red favourite is Garlic Chicken Kievs with salad and sweet potato wedges mmmmmmmm
    Starting over with Slimming World: Day 1 14th March 2011
    Month 1 weightloss:1st 2.5lbs
    Month 2 weight loss: 12.25lbs
    Week 9: - 0.25lb
    Week 10: - 1 3/4lb
    Week 11: - 3 1/4lb
    Week 12: - 2 1/2lb

    First Target: To lose 1 stone - Reached on week 3
    Second Target: To lose 2 stone - Reached on week 8
    Third Target: To lose 2.5 stone - Reached on week 12
    Fourth Target: To lose 3 stone -
    We all get heavier as we get older cos, there's a lot more information in our heads. So Im not fat, Im just really intelligent and my head couldnt hold anymore so it started filling up the rest of me!

    For me it has to be.....drum roll

    Savoury rice (bumpy you knew i was going to say that!!)
    SW chips, beans and egg

    Red day- Morrisons sausages.
    red day- Chicken stuffed with 2 mini babybel and wrapped in bacon.

    Both days - stir fry with blue dragon sauce.

    Mine is SW fish chips and mushy peas but i'm also partial to SW wedges with a garlic yogurt dip. Mmmmm

    green day yesterday had a pretty yummy quorn mince with red kidney beans in chilli sauce (sainsburys can apparently syn free) and chopped tomatoes served with rice or pasta = syn free bonus! still working out what my favourite meal is... so many options! so much inspiration on here ;>)

    Green day - Risotto (any kind made with all sorts of leftover veg) Yummy! In saying that, I did make a fab Chilli on Friday with quorn mince.

    Red day - A gorgeous juicy steak with a boiled egg, nice big salad, some low fat coleslaw, hmmmm mouth watering.

    Ok I'm hungry now grrrrrrrrrrrr.

    mine is vegetable pasta bake. pasta, asda meat free meat balls, cougette, onion, peppers, mushrooms and passatta, low fat chesse on top and 30 mins in the oven yum!
