    Question RE: Health A's and B's

    Sorry to be a pain but I fancy a sandwich could I use health extra for that if its wholemeal bread? What size of loaf?

    You can use 2 slices of wholemeal bread from a 400g loaf as a Hex B choice.

    Yeh i love the nibble but find the 2 slices of wholemeal alot more satisfying lol.!

    OOOO egg sandwhich with cress and a little salad cream......hmmm you got me thinking now!

    can you mix and match healthy extras - what i mean is half 1/2 portion HE of say milk and then 1/2 portion of dairlea light as 1 portion?
