Just wondering if Oatso simple (original variety) is syns or if it can be counted as a healthy extra B choice?

Yeah Ruthy,

I have the golden syrup flavour one and it's gorgeous. Mmm, plus it's all weighed out ready so I can't cheat like I do with cereal xxx

It is if it is not flavoured (and the weight is the same as oats for an HE B), the OSS sachet is the exact measurement for and HE B.
