Talking Can u eat the entire 'Recipe For Four??'

Hey all - when a recipe in the SW mag sez ' serves 4,' how much of this recipe are you actually allowed 2 eat, especially when some recipes are hi-lited in bold within a sample menu, denoting it can all be eaten freely, yet some aren't in bold ... can u eat any amount of the recipe that u want ...?

If it says for instance 4syns per serving- and it serves four then it it would work out 16 syns for the whole thing. If it says 0 syns per serving the go for it and eat the lot

Yep and the stores own equivalents (Asda's Blue charge and Tesco's Kick) I wouldn't get through a week without them!

smigget - most of the time the store brands are very similar in syn value to the branded food e.g. cereals, drinks...
