My Mood: Rep Power: 30 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Diet: SW | HIYA TAZ HOPE YOUR DIET IS GOING OK AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK HUNNY! AS FOR THE SYN FREE CHIPS I HAVE FOUND IT EASIER TO TURN THE OVEN UP REALLY HIGH, AS THAT IS HEATING CHOP THE POTS INTO CHIPS STICK EM ON A PLATE SPRAY WITH FRY LIGHT AND/OR SEASONING AND DING THEM FOR 8 MINS WHEN READY PUT THEM IN THE OVEN FOR 15-20 MINS. i have found that the chips come out dry from the micro which helps them cook quicker, if you par boil them theY stay dampish even if you let them dry off for 5 mins. Give it a whirl. GOOD LUCK GUYS RUTHY XXX |

My Mood: Rep Power: 16 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Diet: SW | Taz you seem to be missing fresh fruit and veggies in your diet (at least from that post). Make sure you get your roughage in girlie!! Fills you up and is good for you too. Plus try not to rely on ready meals (where at all possible of course, I know not everyone has time to cook) as they are loaded with bad stuff, loads of sodium which tends to bloat some people as well. Good luck honey, I am sure you will get there xxx

I had a sarnie on wholemeal (HE B) with cheese (HE A) ham tomato and cucumber, mini pastry (6 Syns) a plum and a tiny shortbread (4 Syns). Just had dinner which was bacon and scrambled eggs on toast (HE B) I also had 4 sweets that I took with me which added up to 6 Syns. So in total today I have had 16 Syns which I know is too many! |

My Mood: Rep Power: 21 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Diet: Cambridge | When i started eating a bit ( after ssing on CD) i felt somehow "dirty" with processed stuff. Isn't that odd? I feel much better with just fruit/veg/cheese type food. I have to say, not healthier! LOL, just "better" in a way. |

I might try making a fruit salad as I love them. I'm not allowed to eat apples unless they are cut into tiny pieces so eating them on the run isn't an option! |

My Mood: Rep Power: 4 ![]() ![]() Diet: Slimming World | taz - try stir frys with ginger, garlic, soy sauce - i know this sounds silly but if you're not so great on veg is it a good way of eating and they don't taste so veg lite. i do like fruit but sometimes if gets a bit samey so i mix it up a bit, sometimes put it in jelly (thing you've also suggested that) or with fat free fromage frais with sweetener - taste so like cream its untrue (actually nicer i think!). i do think i slim more if i up the s and ss foods and also only eat pasta etc. with veg at the same time. also heard a couple of people at class this week saying that they don't eat many carbs after 5pm. might give that a try but i do tend to eat my main meal in the evening and it might mean i must out on all that yummy pasta! Stick with it hun, you're going in the right direction! Kat x |

It just doesn't seem to be working for me at the monent and I don't know why. I know I have gone over my Syns a little but that's not unusual for me. I will try a week of being strict with myself and if that doesn't work I will try the Fast Forward |
