    SWers - saw this and thought of you!

    Reality check: you can never, ever, use weight loss to solve problems that are not related to your weight. At your goal weight or not, you still have to live with yourself and deal with your problems. You will still have the same husband, the same job, the same kids, and the same life. Losing weight is not a cure for life.

    March lose 7lbs=lost 5.5
    April lose 7lbs=???
    wk1- 4lbs ,wk2- 4 1/2lbs, wk3- stayed the same, wk4- stayed the same, wk-5 5 1/2lbs, wk6- 1/2 on *week, wk7- 1lb on, wk8-3 1/2 off, wk9- 1/2 on, wk10- 2 1/2 off wks 11+12- 2 1/2 off. wk13-2lb ON!

    yeah I read that article in the Mirror - I could live off baked beans easily - but am guessing my husband will be packing a small suitcase if I did (sigh) .... phwaaarppp!!!! When we DO have these saucy li'l numbers n SW, I assume we don't have to have the 'low fat' version but just the normal version??? (quackkk)...!!!!
