    supernoodles -

    hey folks,
i had a supernoodle urge but the local shop only had the normal ones... i'm on a green day and they're only 3 1/2 syns. if i make them with bovril rather than the sachet will that lower the syn value?

    Hi Kat,
Yeah it could do, but I'd still count the syns just in case.
Just buy normal plain dried noodles and cook with bovril and they will def be free! x

It's not a huge amount of Syns so don't worry too much. Next time you go shopping stock up your cupboards with the free ones. They have a long date on them so they can stay there til you 'get the urge'!

Haha, thanks rainbow. Ruthy, try it you might like it..

The were lots of other vegetables in the stirfry too, so it was just like beans and the sauce gave it all a nice flavour, instead of wasting syns on a jar or something. See - method in my madness, well sometimes!
