Morrisons: BOGOF on tofu!!! I love tofu... mmmm I bought 4 packs of it, lol.

My local butcher: I bought 170g of lean minced beef (2 healthy extra B choices on a Green day) and it only cost me 77pence!!!!

The Market: 1 cauliflower, 3 carrots, 3 tomatoes, 2 sweet potatoes, 2 potatoes, 1 red pepper, 1 lettuce, 10 white mushrooms for £3.50!

Lessons learned today
Shopping locally is cheaper than going to Morrisons!

Morrisons... 2 for 50p on Branston Beans and £1 for Shape Lasting Satisfaction Yoghurts (pack of four) :-)

Asda have shape lasting satisfaction yoghurts, 2 packs of 4 for £1.50
Muller lights 5 for a £1 is finished at Asda.

linda mccartney veggie sausages are 89p in tescos at the mo and quorn chicken style pieces and mince are 2 for £3.00

grassington food company meat free meatballs are a £1.00 in morrisons as are their beef style peppered steaks and chicken style pieces .. these were not near the other meat free stuff they were on the end of an aisle nearly missed them

shape lasting satisfaction yogs are £1.00 in morrisons also

Bottle of Baileys in asda for £5,
not exactly sw friendly but i quite handy for mooses and general holiday festivities

Sammy's snack pack cous cous (kinda like cup a soup cous cous!) are 3 for a £1 in asda at the moment they come in Tomato and Roast Veg flavour and Chicken and Mushroom flavour and they are both free on a green day

morrisons veggie sausages are two for one at mo and are half a syn each on green , nicer than quorn they are lurveely

(plus 3 more things but I can't remember them cos I didn't buy them!!)
