Um i think we should write out the things that we get commonly asked like...HE's and loads more....me and bumpyo were talking about it the week there about how many new comers ask the same questions so if we put it up here at least everyones queries are answered in one post.

Itd also be helpful as well for people to put their red day/green day views on here - cos we get asked which is better lots don't we!?

So I'll say that Im a red dayer 100%, and it works for me, but we're all different and I know not everyone enjoys red days xxx

Ive got my own stickyarty0019::gen126:
If everyone could find 1subject relating to "frequently asked questions" we could all add to this.
For instance im looking for all Healthy Extra questions
Maybe Bumpyo could do low syn ready meal threads
Sonban could do another it should make it a little easier and stop forum clutter.

Just been feeling a bit down this week I dont know why Im just feeling sorry for myself and Ive been feeling a bit sicky hence Ive not stoped glugging lucozade.:sigh:

Can a healthy extra be split?

A minis member recentley asked her consultant whether or not we could swap 350ml of skimmed milk, and 6 The laughing cow extra light triangles (2 Healthy extras) for 175ml skimmed milk, and 3 The Laughing cow extra light triangles, (1 Healthy extra)

The answer was, Yes you can split them, and it is fine to do so which is great news

Q. What is Scan bran

A.Scan Bran is like a ryvita available from Holland and Barrett and SW classes, it can also be used in recipes for cakes etc.
