Ive just made my lunch for tomorrow. Cooked some pasta shells and then cool them in cold water. Chopped some cherry tomatoes, scallons (spring onions to anyone outside ireland lol), cucumber, peppers and corriander. Add kidney beans, red wine vinegar, onion salt, pepper, garlic and chilli prechopped stuff and mixed it all together with the pasta. Its so handy and its syn free

I know - I usually send my hubby to do the shopping, but I might just make an effort myself this week!

    Bumpy thats fantastic.

I've just been wandering round asda at lunchtime and fancied something a bit tasty (have apple and muller yog waiting for me back at work). I could have had the tomato and pasta salad.

This is great to know for future.

I'm out and about mostly at week for work so its great to know that if I forget my lunch or feel like something different, I've now got options.

    Thanks x
