Ideas for a red day menu please

Hi all

I have only been doing green days so far as I like the fact that the pasta, rice, potatoes etc are unlimited so they really fill me up. However, I am missing meat loads! I have looked at red days though, on the slimming world site, and I think I would be hungry. Although I do like salad I find it just doesn't satisfy me the way a nice jacket spud does. So I was wondering if anyone could give me a sample of a filling red day menu? Thanks!
:eat:

hi hun i eat lots of chicken and vegetables and sin free sausages .red days are great for bbqs .you can also have potatoes from your b section if you are missing them .also i eat plenty of fish as losts of these are super speed foods so the weight is supposed to come of quicker.just make sure you eat loads of free foods.good luck.

Morrisons low fat sausages (with blue bubble on pack) are syn free!

Chicken breast stuffed with a HE portion of cheese and wrapped in bacon, served with a mountain of roasted veg.

Steak with big field mushrooms, hot cherry tomatoes and veg

Stir fry with loads of chicken in it.

Salads made with roast chicken, mini babybel, peppers, red onion, cucumber, tomatoes, bacon and boiled eggs to bulk it out and fill you up.

Chicken and pepper Fajitas served with a M&S wholemeal fajita wrap (I count it as a HEB - i've no idea if it's right but it works for me).

Homemade sin-free burgers in a HEB roll.

Sin-free sausages served with Veg mash (butternut squash, swede & carrots)

Chicken or Beef casserole with loads of veg.

In a typical day i would probably have:

B: 2 HEB Cereal and 1 HEA Milk + Banana
L: MASSIVE (and i mean hooge) chicken salad + Fruit
S: Mullerlight + fruit
D: Cajun chicken breast and roasted veg.

Good luck honey!

I love anything on the bbq grill, steak, chicken, sausages, king prawns, pork chops etc

then I typically have bns chips, and corn on the cob HE B i believe, or a big salad

lunch is a ham salad sdanwich stuffed with salad and lots and lots of ham again in ww danish brown bread and a turkey sandwich in the same bread witha banana and 2 oranges

Morrisons low fat sausages (with blue bubble on pack) are syn free!
Only the plain ones, the lincolnshire and cumberlands are half a Syn each - but worth it!

I don't do many red days but when I do I get bags of fridge raiders to have as snacks

A typical red day for me would be something like this:
Breakfast - 3 slices of lean bacon and loads of mushrooms in a wholemeal roll (HExB)
Lunch - Finn crisps (HExB) topped with Low Low spread (HExA) and lean ham
Dinner - Warm chicken and bacon salad with mozzarella (HExA) and low fat dressing/sweet chilli sauce (Syns)

I would snack on fruit, veg and lean ham / pieces of chicken.

Other red day meals I like are:
- All day breakfast (2 x WW Premium Pork Sausages ((1 Syn)), bacon, fried egg, mushrooms, onions and cherry tomatoes)
- Melt in the middle burgers, either in wholemeal buns (HExB) or just on a plate with loads of roasted vegetables
- Pizza topped chicken with loads of salad / roasted vegetables
