Rep Power: 28   Diet: slimming world | Monkey's Bunny food diary - back on the wagon!...honest I sit at a desk allday, monday to friday. i walk 28 miles in a week to get to work (not all at once of course, its 2 miles to work and 2 miles back), i do an exercise vid once a week but am currently trying to get that up to twice a week and i have just started pole dancin classes once a week as well......just so you know  Slimming World Bridlington, weigh in Wednesdays Date- Thursday 15th May 2008 Free Food health extras syns apple, Muller light, grapes 42g Allbran soya milk |
