Rep Power: 11  Diet: was Lighterlife - moved to Cambridge | Please tell me this was ok? For lunch I just had carrot and cucumber sticks dipped in l/f cottage cheese.. BUT i ate the whole tub of cottage cheese - it's a 200g one - is that ok?

Rep Power: 182 | very low fat cottage cheese is free, but i don't think low fat cottage cheese is free! ..and some pineapple ones have a sin value, but not all.

Asda have a firm Natural choice one but it says low fat less than 3 % fat is that synless please? I have searched and searched this topic and only old posts for syns found apart from flavoured cottage cheese which is synned |
