Are Ainsleys couscous's free on a green day ? I have tried looking on the syns-online but not spotting them.

something tells me it is but im not 100% sorry!

some are free some aren't - can't remember which ones and i can't get on SW website as i forgot to get the password when i got weighed - argh!

The spice one and the mushroom one are free hun - not sure about the rest?
