    Hi the only thing I notice is that you may have had a an extra HEb on day one (but check the weights as you may have had half a 'b' on the bread and tuna I am not sure as do not have the book to hand):
    28g All Bran = HEb
    Bread = HEb
    Tuna = HEb
    But other than that all looking great!

    Positive Vibes being sent to you:

    2 HeX B's and 1 or 2 HeX A's, just depends on how much you like your cheese/milk etc.

    The menus look really good, although I would say that if you are going to have a drink or twelve (haha) that it's probably best not to syn on food for that day or at least keep it down on the days you aren't drinking.

    Saying that, plan to get blotto tomorrow mwhahaha!

    Yep, you're right I have had 3 HEX A - how would you count it?
    Does tomorrow look ok, I'm not sure what the BBQ will hold, but will stick with meat, veg etc. Should be ok as friend on WW.

    Consultant told me 2 HEX A & 2 Hex B per day?
    Many thankss,
    Nx
