Thanks everyone here.. without your support I doubt I could have got this far.. 1 stone and 9lbs to go xxxxxx |

I talked stuff over with DA, my lovely sister Lindam and a good friend of mine ..I am now enjoying my weight loss, and have told another friend who is due to have a mastectomy in a couple of months time about how much I have lost (19 pounds). I didnt want to seem to be celebrating when she is going through such a hard time.. but she was please for me too. I have even worn a bikini top today .. ok was in the back garden, but one step at a time. |
