Welcome to the Official Team FBI August Challenge Thread.

As we mostly get weighed toward the end of the week I thought it made sense for us to start our August Challenge now, or some WIs will be in July some in August.

If you would like to see your name on the list below just shout and I will add you. Team Members please set your target for August.

i think 4lbs is reasonable for me, i have 13lbs left and its just getting slower and slower but ill get there so 1lb a week is a good target :D
 
Are you going to do anything different this month? Me, Im going to have more red days.. eat lots of fish and try and eat more berries.
 
well atm its totm so im eating whenever and whatever is in sight (all free of course), last night i was terrible and had huge plate free chips and mushy peas, made a big sw rice pudding then had muller lights and baby bel lights. i will get focused soon and try not to snack as much because im going crazy on a night with food, but basically 3 low syn meals and only having alcohol on saturday :D
 
Awww after the night i had :( aw my god i cam home to find ants swarming my living room floor up the walls i was in a right blooody state lol OH was out at rugby upset at the loss so he was no use lol i was having a right do do... anyway i managed to resist pizza that he brought home but i felt like i could have demolished a big bar of choc then had more besides but i didnt woooo hoooo.... i am iving in a room full of ant powder lol !! its fun :D
