Just seen this part. I've already put a message up. does anyone know syns for the food doctor multiseed and cereal pitta bread. i decided to get those instead of the nan bread.

could someone tell me the syn value of chicken oxos and beef oxos
and also syns in this mayo its a 33g serving 102 cals 1.8 sugar 9.9g fat 0.9g sats 0.8gs salt all these are for that 33g serving thanks
