    Hey guys.. we talked about doing this inan earlier thread that has been lost in the mire.. Is anyone still up for this ? Whether your 3 stone starts from now or whether your goal was 3 stone and you are on your way feel free to join.. we will treat the challenge as we do the monthly ones except you will start with the amount of pounds you need to lose to reach the 3 stone and we will countdown from there..

    Just copy and paste, then add your name and the amount of pounds...

    I'll join too please, though I do want to lose more than 3 stone in total by Christmas. I have 1 stone 1 to go to get me to 3 stone. My actual target for this year is to get rid if 4 stone by my birthday at the beginning of december so here goes.
