Any suggestions please for a filling RED lunch (apart from omelette, am eating about 6 eggs per week) - have used my Hex B for lunch and dinner later.

It's good to hear that other SW'ers also get through loads of eggs every week!
I love fried (in fry light of course!) chicken and bacon with salad & low fat cottage cheese.
To spice this up a bit I use Colman's English mustard (1 level tsp - 1/2 syn) and cooked sage & oinion stuffing too! (28g - 2 syns).
I have this hot or cold (taken to work in a packed lunch!)
