    Red Lunch

    Good Morning Ladies - Friday Feeling - don't go reaching for the crunchies..

    Any suggestions please for a filling RED lunch (apart from omelette, am eating about 6 eggs per week) - have used my Hex B for lunch and dinner later.

    Start Weight - 145lbs
    Target Weight - 136lbs
    31/7 - Week 1 - -1lb
    7/8 - Week 2 - -2.5lbs
    14/8 Week 3 - missed
    (due to being stuck in traffic)
    21/8 - +1lb
    28/8 - + 1lb



    Exercise
    Week 2
    Wed - 2mile outside run (25mins)
    Thurs - 2mile outside run (25mins)

    Week 3
    None - just a few walks with the dogs

    Week 4
    Wed - 2mile outside run (25mins)
    Thurs - 1.5mile walk with dogs

    Week 5
    Sat - 2 mile outside run (25mins)
    Sun - 2 mile outside run (24mins)

    tnx, trying not to use syns for bread as will use on booze this weekend - well done on your lose this week

    oh grand, I was getting worried - thought I tipped the scales at 9 last week..

    had a lvoley chicken & ham salad for lunch - feel very godess like..

    It's good to hear that other SW'ers also get through loads of eggs every week!

    I love fried (in fry light of course!) chicken and bacon with salad & low fat cottage cheese.

    To spice this up a bit I use Colman's English mustard (1 level tsp - 1/2 syn) and cooked sage & oinion stuffing too! (28g - 2 syns).

    I have this hot or cold (taken to work in a packed lunch!)

    I love hard boiled egg and cheese salads yummy usually have that at lunchtime if I don't no what day I'm going to do
