Hi Gemma

Check out the slimming world wesbite where you can see an example of a 7 day eating plan. The diet works on red and green days. There is no points counting.

On red days lean meat, fish and eggs are unlimited and you can have healthy extras of pasta, bread, dairy etc.

On green days pasta and rice are unlimited and you can have healthy extras of meat, fish, dairy, bread etc.

There are also loads of foods that are unlimted on both days which are most fruit and veg, quorn, mullerlights and lasting sat yogurts.

You could also pop to the shops and get a copy of the lastest SW magazine. There are great ideas and recpies in there too.

hi gemma

I love slimming world did try ww briefly but wot a difference, ww you are limited like you say to points, but with slimming world fruit is unlimited only fresh or frozen and as long as you don't juice it, and your carbs are free if you choose green days and like pots, pasta and rice, but if your a meat eater you'll love red days unlimited meat, fish and poultry.

The only bit of weighing you have to do is your cereals, milk and cheese.

Will you be going to a group, I find mine invaluable and come on here for some mid week support when i'm struggling, they will explain it much better, but i'm sure you will enjoy it. good luck with what you decide x

you can't have rice as a healthy extra on a red day.
