She was so nervous - bless her. ![]() She did a 'new members talk' to everyone and it has really inspired me. Managed to loose 2.5lb since last week so back in target range - however I may reset a new target. Only 11 weeks until Christmas so need to find the Christmas target thread and find out which 'team' I was in.Will be on here more often now. Managed to find out that the Thai mug shots are only half a syn - great take that to work tomorrow. One thing that was confirmed - that it is okay to save up your syns - know this has been asked and several opinions have been given, I have been doing this and seemed to have been okay. Off to try and reset my ticker - forgottten my PW. ![]() So it is day 1 tomorrow for me. Irene |

Take a tub of 0% yoghurt add some chives or herbs etc and then the fun part take a J cloth - clean of course and rinse it then put the yoghurt mix in the cloth and make into a ball and hold the top and very gently squeeze out the liquid you will need several attempts when you have done this the mixture will be like a cream cheese and you can have with celery sticks, carrots etc - recommended for those nightly nibbles.Enjoy.
