    Mug Shot news!

I just had my first ever Mug Shot. Twas chicken, seeing as you asked.

While eating it I decided it was WAAY too tasty to be free, so I typed it into the SW syn calculator.

1/2 a syn per serving it came up as. Hmmm. I did say that they were ordinary dried noodles, rather than egg noodles. Would that make a difference?

Is the chicken one <1% fat? or <3%?

I think all the <1%'s are free but not the rest. xxx

You don't need the syn calculator - it's under brands. Just put Mug and Shot as two separate words.

And by *** the Sweet n Sour is TO DIE FOR!

All the noodle ones are free, and the tomato pasta one. The other pasta ones have a small amount of syns.

Mmmm I think they'd be great to take to work. Bung them in a mug and all you need is some water and a kettle! Could have them with a sandwich or some Ryvita or something. YUMMY!
