Rep Power: 27    Diet: Slimming World Height: 5' 3" Start Date: 5/4/07 Start Weight: 159lb Current Weight: 139lb Goal Weight: 124lb Goal Date: 30/6/2009 BMI Information: Start BMI: 28.2 Current BMI: 24.6 Goal BMI: 22 Statistics: Total Weight Loss: 20lb Weight to Lose: 15lb % Lost 12.58% | Bought a countdown Hi Set a target weight a few months ago - not really happy with it but since then seem to have gone off the rails, missed class etc. Lost 0.5lb last week  So tonight I bought a countdown for several reasons: Will make me go to class which I enjoy and only 6 weeks until Christmas - hope to lose at least 7lbs.
