Thread: I'm still alive !!

I have been poorly girl for last two weeks !! Flu type virus, thought I was getting better but then got worse again
Anyway with two weeks till christmas I'm back on track, I haven't put any weight on however and have lost 22lb to date, wanting to lose another 4lb by xmas. Boy it's gonna be hard with xmas meals coming up but lets keep each other motivated, not be too hard on ourselves over xmas, then back on track again, that's the way to do it i think !! Missed you all but hey I'm back on track xxxx

Ah you'll get your target by christmas! Just think - it'll be a head start until after the main event!
I'm kinda taking boxing day off as it's my biggest threat day but will get right back to plan as soon as i've woken up on the 27th.

Ah yeah i'm grand now.
Went to the doctors and sorting it all out xxx
