It's like ryvita as it's promoted as a bran crispbread. It's more like a hard crispbread-shaped block of branflake but unsweetened lol No good to eat on it's own but useful in recipes as you say - I like the scanbran christmas pud
You can get them at meetings or in holland and barrett - it's about £1.09 for a pack of ten. They prolly do them in some other healthfood shops too I'd imagine.
OOO might get some, i really want to make some sw ferro roche for xmas

I got mine from holland & barret had the sw syns on the pack so noticed them quite easily

i love the SW ferro Roche they are lovely and low syn too! I also do a cake, well not quite a cake but its nice and you can eat the whole thing!
