Hi Emerald - Wow, what a difference!
We joined SW the same week, I've managed 2st 3lb off, and it's made such a difference to me too - before and during pics in my album, dunno how to put on here!!
I'm undecided exactly what my target will be as I'm aware that on the wrong side of 40 and 5' 7" getting to the 10's might not be a good idea - depends on wrinklage LOL
I love the diet too, 3 girls I work with have also joined - one saying 'I just want a figure like you' that was the best compliment - bless her![]()
This site has been brill - all the meal ideas, treats I wouldn't have ever thought of, so glad I found it!

wow, you look great. Thank you for posting, for someone who has just started on the SW plan, and has got a long road ahead, it is fantastic and reasurring too see others that are doing really well.
wow you look amazing, its good to be shown that its not just about feeling great when you get to goal but the feeling on the way down too, i think i forget that when i diet!

week 3: -1lb , 1st stone!
week 4: -1 5lb
week 5: -1.5lb(TOTM)
week 6: -3lbs
1st goal: loose 41bs by 9th june 20 off so far, 21 to go!
