Hi all
I came on to slimming world a few weeks ago, after losing a lot of weight on the Cambridge Diet. So I went from no food at all to going beserk on Free Foods! lol
The first couple of weeks I didnt lose very much and was getting a little disheartened.
But now, I'm happy to say I think I have found "my" way of doing Slimming world diet without the constant need to gorge myself, but without feeling hungry or deprived either.
I suppose the novelty of actually eating again has subsided and I can be normal again!
Just thought I'd share.
