I agree about needing to be in the right frame of mind, when i quit smoking a few years ago i managed it because i was in the right 'zone' to do it.
My eating habits at the moment are what they were before i started SW last time, skipping breakfast and then eating biscuits before dinner time. Eating a sandwich for dinner then starting on the biscuits again even though i am not hungry.
I am hopeless at drinking water, i am often thirsty but eat instead!

I am trying to change this bad habit as i know this will be beneficial to me in many ways.
Seeing it written down i feel silly now, i know what i need to do, so i have no excuse as to why i am not doing it!! So why aren't i!!!!
