    another extra easy question!

Am going to give it another bash!

Breakfast and snacks are always super free. Dinner is normally, 1/3 super free foods even if completely free on one day (which obviously it would not be if I'm doing EE)

My question is lunch. If I have it so it's free on red / green, does that matter? I dont have to have both and super free foods at each meal do I?

Am thinking of going out to lunch and would rather know I'm safe with something like jacket potato and beans.

I think that the jkt spud (my favourite food) and beans sound great, but i am new to this myself so i would wait until someone else writes a reply.

You will be absolutely fine with that, mate.

Try not to overcomplicate it in your head. If it is free on green or red day it is free on EE whether on not you choose to mix them up!

    Have a great day xxxxxxxxxx
