Rep Power: 0  | philadelphia light Hi, i bought some philadelphia light today, thinking i could use it as a healthy extra, but i can't find it anywhere on the website or in the book, can't even use the syns online manafacturer bit to find philadelphia, have managed to work out it is 2.5 syns for a 30g portion but does anyone know if it can be used as a healthy extra??????? thanks carly
