Quorn mince and pieces for me they are both free, and Mullerlight yog's, Very Low Fat Cottage cheese and 0% Natural Greek Yoghurt, they are all free too, in fact I think they are all Super Free foods, (I am still getting to grips with the diet) the yoghurt is thick and creamy and is lovely over fruit as well as in recipes, hope this helps..

Hi mummyroysof3, For green days I like Ainsley Harriott tomato tango couscous with salad (free) Asda meat free mince (free and nicer than quorn I think) and batchelors pasta n sauce in a jacket potato. And for red I like Asda cooked sliced chicken tikka pieces and salad, homemade king prawn kebabs marinated in garlic and lemon and homemade burgers (extra lean minced beef, grated onion, scwartz spicy bbq seasoning, egg to bind it and a laughing cow triangle in the middle) Hope that gives you a few ideas but there is a book you can buy from class for a couple of quid (and ebay if doing SW from home) called free branded foods and it has become my new bible lol. I often sit browsing through it writing a shopping list of all the free foods in it! x

mug shot noodle snacks are free on green, and the tomato and herb pasta mug shot is free. Batchelors savoury rices are all free on green. We get through loads of eggs, they're so versatile and free on red and green. Sainsbury's canned vegetarian ravioli is free on green. I don't have many red days, but canned sardines/curried mackerel type stuff is free.

Low fat fromage frais! I use it over fruit, in soups in sauces. Lower cals than yoghurt. Fresh fruit and veg, the supermarkets are doing some good deals at the mo ( I picked up 2 bunches of English asparagus for 35p each after work last night!)
Rice, wholegrain, risotto, jasmine thai.
Wholemeal pasta. Asda also do a scrummy garlic and basil linguine.
Chickpeas, kidney beans, cannellini beans, for salads, chilli or hotpots.
I could go on and on! Oh and a bottle of wine
