Lol. Is it ONLY the items on the Healthy Extras list that are HE's? I mean, it has a few random cereals listed... but does that mean basics like bran flakes or weetabix are counted as Syns? I'm finding it hard working from the printed lists without having to go online to try to figure these things out! Any help much appreciated!! Julz x |

I thought if you joined online they sent you some books in the post? If you are finding the site too hard to use, it might be wasted money? Is joining a group not an option? Like I say hopefully someone who is a member of bodyoptimise.com will have better answers than me

Rep Power: 24 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Diet: Lipotrim Height: 5' 8" | Hi hun! I've joined via the website so i think i get what you mean. Whatever plan you decide to follow, i think the Healthy Extras are only what is given on the Healthy Extra lists for each plan. It varies a little from plan to plan so it might be a good idea to download all the lists until you get used to it, thats what i've done anyway. There are occasionally new things listed as healthy extras, i find these out from the Slimming World magazine usually. I'm doing it this way as at least i know for definate what i can have and there is no messing around. Maybe someone who attends meetings can help out on that a bit more xx
