I prefer to add my own flavourings or fruit to vlf natural yoghurt because I try to avoid any artifical sweetener as I have read several scientific reports which say that art. sweetener have been approved for public consumption without being rigorously tested for their safety. I don't want to risk mine or my family's health. When I worked for Dairy Crest there were some truly frightened reports circulating about artificial sweeteners and hormones in milk (although America is and was far worse). I always buy organic dairy produce where possible.
I have about 2 a day.love the new sprinkles ones.
I wouldn't get too hung up on the syn free/free food bit but basically the thing is this....
Free food (think superfree food) are things like fruit & veg, natural yoghurt etc etc
Syn free foods are the things like batchelors savoury rice, pasta in sauce, peas, chicken etc. They are syn free but could be synned on other plans etc.
I think that's the theory anyway - my consultant said as much this week, enouraging us to make the bulk of our meals with superfree foods as well as including some free foods. Bring on the Butternut squash for me this week!!
As for muller's - I could eat a couple a day, if I get them on offer, otherwise I go for the FF natural yoghurt.

I thought so, if its free surely that means you can eat as much as you want of them?
